Aspire RCB Hybrid flooring is made with cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and a newly created rigid composite core board (RCB). The RCB core is made up of inert mineral compounds that are stable and have little or no movement, resulting in performance attributes not often associated with Luxury Vinyl Tile.
The plank construction also includes a durable water-based PU coating for everyday scuff resistance. Aspire’s 0.5 m wear layer and printed visual décor give authentic timber textures and colours in both classic Australian timber species and a current colour palette. On the bottom of each plank, a stabilising balance layer with a connected acoustic cross-linked IXPE foam layer provides outstanding noise reduction performance.
This next-generation hybrid flooring is dimensionally stable, durable, and easy to maintain. It is perfect fit for both residential and commercial spaces.

Plank décor graphics are changed during the manufacturing process to provide 8 different décor paper orientations, resulting in a floor with a lot of personality and charm.
The whole colour spectrum features creative embossing techniques across the length and width of the plank, including the micro bevel. This one-of-a-kind technique will not impair the décor’s appearance or durability.
